JUST 10 seconds split the first three boats home in the Fiddler's Ferry Sailing Club Trophy event on the River Mersey on Sunday.
Ian Reading skippered his Falcon 64 boat to first place on a course that was changed five minutes before the start due to dropping winds.
Tony Tomlinson was second in his Wayfarer 9000, while Bob Backhouse was third in his Falcon 45.
