SWIMMING: Andrew climbs the rankings
WARRIORS of Warrington swimmers achieved three gold medals, five silver and nine bronze to finish seventh overall in the Manchester Open at Manchester Aquatics Centre.
Andrew Mclay, aged 11, secured his fourth national qualifying time in the 400m individual medley which ranks him third in the country as he goes into the National Age Group Championships in July.
Jordan Barlow, aged 13, further improved on his national qualifying time for 200m freestyle which ranks him second in the country.
